The Opportunity
You'll step into a role where the leads are already flowing. No cold calling, no chasing dead ends - just qualified inbound enquiries ready to convert. Your focus? Own the customer journey, close the sale, and maximise every opportunity that comes your way.
This is a 100% onsite role in Nerang, giving you direct access to products, customers, and a high-performing sales team that knows how to win.
What You'll Be Doing
Converting warm inbound enquiries into confirmed sales
Advising customers on tailored shed, garage, and industrial solutions
Driving the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
Smashing individual sales targets and maximising commission earnings
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and happy customers
Representing the business at select industry events and roadshows
About You
We're looking for someone who's switched on, competitive, and genuinely excited by the idea of earning well for great performance. Ideally, you'll bring:
1-3 years' experience in sales or a customer-facing role
A natural ability to build rapport and close deals
Confidence managing your own pipeline and chasing results
A strong work ethic and hunger to succeed in a target-driven environment
Strong organisation and follow-through
Experience in construction, building products, or manufacturing (a bonus, not essential)
