**About the role**
- Consigning and booking pick up and deliveries using an in-house transport tool.
- Willing to meet targets and set goals to achieve within the customer service space.
**About you**
**Requirements**:
- Previous work experience in a call centre, customer service or administration role.
- Experience using LiveOps, CX Engage or similar call centre systems
- Team player with exposure to working with large operational teams.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to go the extra mile and willingness to commit to your assignment.
- Shifts between 8am - 6pm | You will need to be adaptable to the client's requirements.
- Reliable car and driver’s licence
- You will be required to pass a Police Check and are vaccinated against Covid-19.
