* Mix and serve an array of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and flair
* Deliver exceptional, friendly service while engaging with guests at every turn
* Recommend drink pairings and upsell to elevate the guest experience, fostering loyalty and retention
* Maintain a pristine, well-stocked, and organized bar area, reflecting our high standards
* Collaborate seamlessly with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve drinks with attention to detail and presentation
2. Develop relationships with guests to understand their preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly
3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
4. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends
