You will work closely with leadership and employees to provide HR guidance, coaching and mentoring, and partner with external stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Implement Leadership Initiatives: Design and roll out programs that enhance people management skills and leadership capability across all levels of the organisation initiatives
* Provide HR Coaching and Guidance: Offer practical HR advice and coaching to line managers, empowering them to manage their teams effectively and support employee growth.
* Conduct Regular Team Engagement: Facilitate regular one-on-one and group meetings with leadership and employees to build rapport, gather feedback, and understand team needs.
* Analyse Trends and Metrics: Use data-driven insights to identify trends in performance, employee satisfaction, and engagement, to develop tailored solutions to address any gaps.
* Manage Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a positive work environment.
* Support day-to-day Performance Management: Provide ongoing support to managers in managing employee performance, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with External Stakeholders: Work alongside external partners and stakeholders to align people practices with broader business goals and drive impactful outcomes.
* Develop and Maintain HR Policies and procedures to meet operational requirements.
* Monitor WHS & Security Effectiveness: Regularly assess the effectiveness of the workplace health and safety practices, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees.
* Drive Learning & Development: Create and implement initiatives that foster continuous learning and career development, ensuring employees have the resources and opportunities to grow professionally.
* Champion Employee Wellbeing and Engagement: Focus on building a positive workplace culture by promoting employee wellbeing, recognition and a sense of belonging.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Relevant Qualification and Experience: A degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an HRBP position or similar.
* Demonstrated Employee Relations Experience: Providing sound advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
* Coaching and Leadership: Ability to coach others to build capacity and confidence in managing people.
* In-Depth HR Knowledge: A solid understanding of employment legislation, industrial agreements, and contemporary HR practice.
* Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal relationship management, emotional intelligence, negotiating, and influencing skills.
* Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to create understandable and accessible documentation
* Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
* Tech- Savvy: Proficient with MS Office Suite and other relevant HR software tools.
