Asset Management Professional
The Asset Management Professional plays a pivotal role in driving business value by supporting the National Asset Coordinator and National Asset Manager in daily operational management of the fleet, encompassing leased vehicle fleet management, stakeholder collaboration, audit preparation for annual FBT reporting, and data interpretation using various tools.
* Fleet Database Information Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained within the database to facilitate efficient operations.
* Registration Renewals and Roadworthy Inspections: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely renewals and inspections, minimizing downtime and optimizing fleet utilization.
* General Enquiries and Recharge Requests: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing driver and site inquiries while managing recharge requests from leasing companies, including stakeholder approvals.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to provide actionable insights, informing business decisions and strategic planning.
* Category Management Support: Collaborate with the Category Management team to meet data analytics requirements, driving informed decision-making.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement, proposing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
* Trend Identification and Reporting: Analyze past events, issues, and trends, providing critical information for future planning and strategy.
* Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* ERP System Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in operating SAP and Ariba modules, leveraging their capabilities to drive business outcomes.
