This critical position will focus on addressing the urgent need for a strong HR leader following the departure of senior HR staff. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR policies that drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree (or Associate with equivalent experience) and minimum eight years of progressive employee relations and HR development experience in a manufacturing environment. A proven track record of success in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development is essential. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, legal requirements, and government reporting is also required.
As a seasoned HR professional, you will be involved in budget preparation, compliance reporting, and community engagement. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with employees at all levels, and provide guidance on HR-related matters will be invaluable to the organization.
