Job Description
As a seasoned Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects that align with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve providing on-site leadership to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and environmental management systems.
You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to manage project requirements, including plans, site information, and timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring project documentation is developed and effectively maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A tertiary level qualification in project management, engineering, or a relevant discipline;
* Substantial experience working in an operational environment within a large infrastructure-based organization;
* Considerable experience managing construction and/or maintenance projects, including managing contractors in a large infrastructure-based organization;
* Well-rounded stakeholder management skills and a proactive transformation mindset that enables the identification and delivery of business improvement initiatives.
