Bankstown Hospital's Special Care Nursery offers a supportive and fast-paced environment, ideal for nurses who are passionate about neonatal care. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Liverpool Hospital, and benefit from ongoing education led by our dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator.
In this role, you'll provide nurturing care to newborns—feeding, cuddling, and supporting their development—while learning key neonatal techniques like CPAP. We welcome nurses with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and experience in neonatal experience.

What You'll be Doing
The Registered Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, quality, person centred care and work in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.

Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital is located in the city of Bankstown and is in one of the most multicultural local government areas (LGA) in Australia. This hospital has tertiary affiliations with three universities and offers a range of roles and experiences to employees.
The hospital receives highly diverse presentations in ED as well as having general medical and surgical services and sub-specialty services across the hospital.
