About The Role
* Deliver RLSSA NT accredited courses including Bronze Medallion, CPR, First Aid, Pool Lifeguard, and more.
* Operate training management systems such as Axcelerate and iClassPro.
* Maintain accurate records, equipment, and training resources.
* Provide excellent client service via phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries.
* Support community engagement through water safety talks, school programs, and events.
* Travel to regional and remote communities as required, including some weekend and out-of-hours work.
* Contribute to RLSSA NT's social media, newsletters, and annual reports.
* Ensure compliance with all organisational policies, procedures, and safety standards.
What You Will Need
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or ability to obtain.
* Qualified RLSSA NT Trainer with current First Aid, Bronze Medallion, Pool Lifeguard & AUSTSWIM certifications.
* Experience in aquatic industry training, assessment, and program delivery.
* Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dispersed team.
* Understanding and respect for First Nations and multicultural communities.
* Current NT Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regionally and interstate.
* Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Additional AUSTSWIM electives (Teacher of Adults, Competitive Strokes, Access & Inclusion).
* Experience with compliance under the VET Quality Framework and RTO standards.
