Description
At Mindset Health, we're not just building digital therapeutics – we're reshaping the future of healthcare. Our mission is bold: to empower a billion people to unlock the full potential of their mind to improve their health.
Our science-backed digital programs help people manage conditions like IBS, menopause, and anxiety — proving that technology can deliver life-changing health outcomes at global scale. We're already helping hundreds of thousands of people around the world feel better, and we're just getting started. As a Senior Software Engineer at Mindset Health, you'll play a critical role in building seamless, high-quality digital experiences that deliver therapeutic value to our users.
With at least 5 years of software development experience, ideally including mobile and web, you'll bring deep expertise in designing performant, scalable, and intuitive applications. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and clinical experts to deliver features that are both technically robust and user-centric.
With 2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, you'll also help drive the reliability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure. From CI/CD pipelines to observability tooling and infrastructure-as-code, you'll be instrumental in evolving our engineering systems to support a growing, high-impact product suite.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who's comfortable owning end-to-end delivery, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited to apply both software and DevOps skills to improve the health and wellbeing of real people around the world.
Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we'd love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.
