This highly successful Asia-Pacific organisation is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing B2C sales function across a multi-state territory.

The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a defined region, leading an experienced field-based sales team responsible for delivering significant revenue and contract growth.
This role goes beyond hitting targets - you'll shape strategy, uplift capability, and embed a strong performance and compliance culture.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, marketing and partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities and maximise market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed B2C sales team
* Drive revenue performance (circa $20M+) and contract volume across the region
* Implement sales strategies to grow market share and enter new segments
* Embed a strong coaching culture through hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder leadership
* Support new business development and partnership-led opportunities
* Ensure compliant, customer-centric sales processes are consistently followed
* Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise lead flow, systems, tools and reporting
* Build strong local market engagement and brand presence
What We're Looking For:
Essential
* 5+ years' experience in sales leadership (B2C or B2B, financial services background are highly regarded but super open)
* Proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams to exceed targets
* Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
* Experience managing large revenue targets and multi-location teams
* Confident operating in structured, regulated environments
