Drive sales of electric vehicles by delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through to post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors warmly and assess their needs with confidence and no pressure.
* Provide detailed information about product offerings, including features and specifications.
* Presents vehicle features and capabilities to potential buyers.
* Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
* Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
* Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions.
* Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
About You:
* Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong understanding of vehicle features and technology.
* Passion for customer experience and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Experience conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
* Familiarity with sales processes and digital customer relationship management systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
