Responsibilities
1. Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customers networks and in house servers
2. Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
3. Keep an eye out for needed updates
4. Support and administer third-party applications
5. Ensure network security and connectivity
6. Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
7. Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
8. Resolve problems reported by end user
9. Define network policies and procedures
10. Specify system requirements and design solutions
11. Research and make recommendations on server system administration
