About the opportunity
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be the go-to person for our clients during their home-building journey You'll work closely with our construction team to deliver exceptional customer experiences from site release to handover. More specifically, you will:
•Manage communication between the client and our teams from construction commencement to handover of completed home
•Provide an unbeatable customer service experience
•Assist in ensuring the project is delivered within cost, quality and time restraints
•Coordinate and manage jobs to ensure smooth delivery
•Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries
•Foster positive relationships between the Construction Team and internal departments
•Manage customer or contract disputes in line with the NEX Building Group Values
•Obtain occupation certificates and final inspection results as well as other adhoc admin tasks
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
•Previous experience in a customer service role and a commitment to providing unbeatable customer experiences
•Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple clients and prioritising tasks
•Knowledge of councils and residential construction industry - highly desirable
•Ability to read plans, contracts and basic estimating - highly desirable
•Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
•Organisation and communication skills
