Do you have a passion and desire to stay in the health, food, or hospitality industries?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated chef or cook to join our food services team at WDHS Hamilton Base Hospital on a casual basis to back fill leave requirements. Hamilton Base Hospital Chefs and / or cooks are responsible for preparing meals for acute patients & aged-care residents, catering, and preparing healthy nutritious meals in our Green Bean Café. Responsibilities include cooking, chilling, preparation, storage of food items, cleaning of kitchen, plating, presentation and general kitchen duties. The suitable applicant will work with our Head Chef and report directly to our Food Services Manager and Group Manager of Support Services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a food services team that strives for excellence.
