AIC Mines owns and operates the Eloise Copper Mine, located near Cloncurry, QLD. Eloise is an underground operation with conventional crush–grind–float processing, producing high-quality copper-gold concentrate. Following the acquisition of the nearby Jericho resource, work is now well underway to expand the Eloise operation. The Company also holds a portfolio of copper and gold exploration projects across Australia.

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Maintenance Planner to play a key role in driving improvements across safety, equipment reliability, production performance and cost management.
This position works closely with maintenance supervisors, warehouse teams and operations to ensure effective planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance activities across the processing plant.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain maintenance planning strategies for crusher circuit, ball mills, flotation and filtration circuits
* Maintain and update a rolling 2-week maintenance plan
* Lead shutdown planning and coordination
* Conduct asset inspections and support condition monitoring programs
* Coordinate parts procurement and inventory management with warehouse staff
* Work closely with maintenance supervisors to schedule and prioritise work
* Manage and optimise work orders within Pronto
* Record and analyse downtime data in Pronto
* Allocate maintenance tasks to assets
* Build and maintain detailed individual component history records
About You
* Trade background (desirable)
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar mining maintenance planning role
* Extensive experience using Pronto ERP is essential, including advanced work order management, recording and analysing downtime, maintaining asset and component histories, and strong working knowledge of Pronto maintenance modules
* Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills
* High level of computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
* Current QLD manual driver's licence
* Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and police clearance
Roster & Location
This position is offered on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Townsville or Brisbane. Accommodation is provided onsite at Eloise Copper Mine (65km from Cloncurry).
