About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading roofing company delivering residential and light industrial projects across the SEQ region .
They’re seeking a trade-qualified Roofing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews, managing safety, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a roofer or leading hand looking to step up and take ownership of local projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate roofing teams on-site
* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and quality
* Manage schedules, deliveries, and subcontractor performance
* Communicate clearly with clients and the office team
* Maintain WHS compliance and reporting standards
What You’ll Need
* Roofing trade background (roof plumber or installer preferred)
* Experience supervising or leading teams on-site
* Working at Heights and EWP certifications
* Commitment to safety, quality, and professional delivery
* Strong communication and leadership skills
