What You'll Be Doing
Provides a range of claims management and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of recovery outcomes and achievement of operational and legislative requirements.
Selection Criteria
Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
Excellent knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislative requirements for claims management and evidence of ability to calculate pre-injury average weekly earnings (PIAWE).
Effective communication skills including confidentiality, sensitivity and judgement with stakeholders including injured staff, managers and insurance providers.
Experience in a range of HR systems including payroll functions with ability to interpret industrial awards including pay entitlements and leave conditions.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent IT and records management skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting demands and use time management skills.
Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to maintain it. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires, including driving long distances and overnight stays.
