Norco AgriSolutions has been serving customers since 1948 with 26 stores across NSW and QLD, Animal Nutrition mills and an in-house commodity trading team. About the Role
As a casual team member at our Wauchope Norco AgriSolutions store, you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in helping local customers and communities. Every shift is different - you’ll stay active, learn new products, and support smooth store operations in a practical, hands-on environment.
About You
You’re customer-focused, enjoy a busy shift, and can juggle competing priorities with a positive, can-do approach. If you’re self-motivated, practical, and keen to work in an agricultural setting, you’ll fit right in.
Your day-to-day activities may include:
* Providing agricultural advisory and sales service to clients
* Assisting with inventory management, including ordering, receipting, stocktake and dispatch
* Merchandising the store
* Processing sales and generating quotes
* Forklift operation
* Delivering products to our customers

What You’ll Bring
* Driver’s licence essential
* Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
* HV licence (highly beneficial)
* Knowledge of farm input products and their use (livestock, pasture and general farming knowledge highly beneficial)
* Proven warehousing and retail sales experience in a similar environment
* Strong customer relationship and communication skills
* Ability to work productively in a small team
* Experience in inward and outward goods; strong numeracy skills are an advantage
* Administration and sound computer skills with POS and Microsoft applications
* Physically fit to perform manual work and regular heavy lifting
* A strong focus on Work Health & Safety
