TheOpportunity We are seekingindividuals who have a passion for team work to become part of ourCorporate Services Team as a Finance Officer. The FinanceOfficer will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-datefinancial records to ensure the smooth operation of theShire’s financial systems. The role involve recording dailyfinancial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable,reconciling bank statements, preparing basic financial reports andother finance tasks with support. The responsibilities willinclude:
* Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales,receipts, and payments in an accurate and timelymanner;
* Responding to enquiries from stakeholders;
* Accounts Receivable;
* Accounts Payable;
* End of Month Reports;
* Quarterly stocktake of inventory.
Acertificate IV in Bookeeping or Accounting or relevant experience,current unrestricted WA Manual “C” Class Driver’sLicence are essential for this role.
Youwill also need a high level of accuracy and attention to detail infinancial entries and reporting, proficiency in Microsoft Excel andother financial tools, strong problem-solving and analytical skillsas well as strong verbal and written communicationskills.
