About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you'll help deliver great Guest experiences by keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and well‑presented. You'll work independently or as part of a team, with clear guidance and support every step of the way. This role suits people who enjoy staying active, working to a routine, and taking pride in a job well done.
What You'll Be Doing
* Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
* Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities
* Vacuuming guest rooms and corridors
* Completing regular deep‑cleaning tasks
* Restocking and maintaining your cleaning trolley each day
* Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items to your Supervisor
* Ensuring all equipment is used safely and kept in good working order
* Managing Guest requests politely and efficiently
* Following health, safety, security, and hygiene procedures
* Disposing of waste correctly and working in an environmentally responsible way
* Assisting other teams when required and working cooperatively with colleagues
