About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work closely with the MJH construction team and be a valued member of MJH NSW/ACT. Your main focus will be to provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the home building journey. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing communication between the client and business from project initiation to home handover
* Ensuring project delivery within cost, quality, and time constraints
* Coordinating and managing project tasks
* Providing outstanding customer service
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve construction, drafting, estimating, or delivery issues
* Maintaining positive relationships within the team and departments
* Managing customer or contract disputes in line with company values
* Obtaining occupation certificates and final inspections
* Completing administrative tasks efficiently
About You
You should share our passion for being Australia’s top residential builder and align with our core values. Additionally, you will demonstrate:
* Experience in a customer service role with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks
* Knowledge of councils and the residential construction industry is desirable
* Ability to read plans, contracts, and basic estimating skills are advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
