With a crew of around 40 train drivers, you will know what it takes to keep things running smoothly. Reporting to the Rail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating real time operations to deliver the live run plan through effective management of assets and crewing resources.The newly expanded depot and live run control room is set up with everything you’ll need at our Sarina Depot, meaning you can focus on the important stuff.About YouYou’re a strong communicator, capable of prioritising competing tasks and adept at solving problems on the fly. You’ll enjoy working in a role that provides a good mix of routine and ad hoc tasks and you’ll be comfortable working in a team and as an individual.
