This exciting role offers an opportunity to join our operations leadership team and drive outcomes across multiple services. As an experienced Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing embedded practice across your region.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and enhance embedded practice across your services.
* Implement our way of programming, safety, quality and compliance.
* Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledge.
* Responsibility across rostering, financial and engagement of communities.
* Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is required.
* Experience as an Area Manager.
* Strong knowledge of industry process and Regulations.
* Strong knowledge of the National law & Regulation.
* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard.
* Strong understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures.
* Completed qualification approved by ACECQA.
* Current first aid.
* Drivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region.

About Your New Region
* You will lead and enhance embedded practice across up to 10 services in areas such as Caroline Springs, Sunbury, Trentham and Ballarat.
