We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused Branch Manager to lead our BOSS Automotive operations in Inverell. This full-time leadership role oversees the daily performance of both sales and assembly teams, ensuring our tray and trailer fit-outs are delivered with precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with strong operational and commercial acumen to drive team culture, process improvements, and branch-level success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage internal sales, admin and assembly staff to achieve performance targets.
* Oversee daily operations including workshop productivity, customer delivery timelines, and safety compliance.
* Support internal sales processes including lead conversion, quoting, and CRM management.
* Drive customer satisfaction across retail, wholesale and dealer networks.
* Monitor inventory, stock control, and dispatch accuracy.
* Deliver accurate reporting, communicate KPIs, and ensure site WHS compliance.
* Step in where needed to support the team and lead by example.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven leadership experience in a workshop or light manufacturing setting.
* Demonstrated experience across both sales and operations.
* Strong understanding of automotive accessory installation or similar industry.
* Confident using CRM, quoting, and inventory management systems.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in business/sales highly regarded.
