Step Into Leadership –Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM)

Werribee Campus | Perioperative Services | Fixed-Term Full Time

Are you a passionate Scrub Scout CNS or senior perioperative nurse ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?

This is your chance to grow and thrive in an ANUM. Located at our modern Werribee campus, this exciting secondment will see you play a vital role in the coordination and clinical oversight of our dynamic perioperative environment.

ABOUT YOU:

As an outstanding ANUM, you have advanced skills in scrub scout and perioperative nursing.

Your skills will include:

Good verbal and written communication.
An understanding of SVPHM Policies & Procedures.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Proven ability to support staff of all seniority and to escalate accordingly.
Looking after a specialty area within the operating theatre.
Creating portfolios for quality improvement in the department.
Be able to team lead at least of the National Safety and Quality Standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
