Job Overview
The Supply Chain Director will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of the end-to-end supply chain process, including inventory control, stock management, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires close collaboration with a supportive team and stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met and lead exciting projects that shape the future of our industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory control and stock management in accordance with service level agreements.
* Ensure effective logistics solutions and cost control of freight activities, including import and export processes.
* Manage demand planning and supply of products based on forecast activities.
* Meet assigned KPIs to ensure excellence in service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
* Act as a key stakeholder in Net Promoter Score processes, focusing on planning-related issues to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
A tertiary degree, APICS certification, or equivalent work experience is required. In addition, expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including logistics management, demand planning, customer service, and warehouse management is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a talent for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships, are also necessary.
