The successful candidate will have experience in corporate or residential property management, with strong stakeholder engagement.

They will possess proven ability to coordinate property operations and maintenance, as well as sound understanding of asset management.

The ideal candidate will also have strong time management and decision-making skills, with ability to manage competing priorities.

Additionally, they must hold or be willing to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) and valid C Class Drivers Licence.
