Social Media Lead
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our organic social channels, influencer partnerships and collaborate with media teams.
This role requires autonomy, collaboration, thought leadership and expertise in social media to deliver integrated plans with measurable results.
A day in the life:
* Develop a customer-centric social media strategy covering campaign and brand-focused content, driving measurable outcomes
* Implement global and regional strategies through locally relevant social execution
* Allocate social media resources – applying learnings to optimise investment across content production, paid, owned and earned tactics in support of objectives
* Provide social media expertise for the market, consulting cross-functional teams on best practices and how to bring initiatives to life through social – including events, storytelling, community moments and experiences
You will need:
* 8+ years of experience in social media, preferably for a premium brand
* A genuine interest in movement and community culture, and how these appear on social media
* Deep understanding of the digital landscape in Australia, including creator culture, trends, culture-first media channels and social platforms
* Expertise in writing and managing creative briefs that inspire agency and creative teams, and deliver against brand and business objectives
