The Role
With continued growth and new equipment installed, we're looking for a Flexo Printer Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role operating our flexo folder gluer line, producing plain and printed cartons to a high-quality standard.
We are open to operators with flexographic printing experience across a range of substrates including paper, labels, film, plastics, or packaging. Direct corrugated experience is advantageous but not essential, and training will be provided.
This is a full-time, day-shift role (Monday to Friday) with optional overtime.
Key Responsibilities
· Set up, run, and adjust flexographic printing and in-line folder gluer equipment
· Produce printed and plain cartons to job specifications, drawings, and artworks
· Maintain print quality, colour consistency, registration, and glue accuracy
· Monitor quality throughout production and minimise waste
· Identify and report mechanical or quality issues
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
· Work safely with water-based inks, adhesives, and cleaning chemicals
· Assist with other converting equipment when required
What You'll Bring
· Experience operating flexographic printing equipment (any substrate)
· Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot flexo print units
· Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
· Willingness to learn corrugated-specific processes and machinery
· A team-first attitude and strong work ethic
· Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality
· Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
