Sanctuary Lakes Resort is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its end-to-end financial requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and informative statutory reports, monthly management and board reporting packs, and liaising with managers to deliver financial accounts.
A key aspect of this role is the management of all applicable insurance, taxation, and statutory requirements, including liaison with external auditors.
The Finance Manager will oversee the processing and control of the payroll function and lead a small team.
They will collaborate and attend regular meetings with the finance committee, providing financial information and updates as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate and informative statutory reports for SLRS and its subsidiaries
* Deliver monthly management and board reporting pack, including variance analysis and comprehensive forecasts
* Liaise with relevant managers to deliver accurate and informative financial accounts for SLRS Owners Corporations
* Management of all applicable insurance, taxation, and statutory requirements, including liaison with external auditors
* Oversee the processing and control of the payroll function for SLRS and its subsidiaries
* Lead and foster the development of a small team
* Collaborate and attend regular meetings with the SLRS Finance Committee, providing financial information and updates, as required
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role within a service-based organisation with a commercial mindset
* An understanding of Owners Corporation management
* Proven leadership skills and experience driving performance, culture, and productivity
* Tertiary qualifications in accounting/finance and CA/CPA qualified
