What you will do
* Drive the development and delivery of industry training programs, ensuring they align with industry demands and equip students with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to succeed in the workforce.
* Lead the establishment and expansion of Port Augusta Technical College including the accommodation facilities.
* Collaborate with industry leaders, employer partners and high schools to create pathways for students' seamless transition into apprenticeships, traineeships, entry‐level employment or further education.
What you will need
* High level experience in delivery, implementation and evaluation of vocational education or innovative programmes in partnership with industry and employers.
* Ability to lead staff in a complex multi-stakeholder environment, including problem‐solving, communication and solution enactment.
* Management experience for effective operations (strategy, finance, performance monitoring) relevant to the running of the Port Augusta Technical College.
Compensation and Details
Full-time position, fraction of time 1.0, salary $163,842 per annum FTE, tenure 20/07/2026 to 26/01/2028.
