The Role
As the project accountant you will provide strategic support to the Finance Manager. Handling projects across several entities with a high attention to detail to inform the immediate and future need. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Cashflow, Payments and Capital Management
, preparing loan drawdowns, intercompany payments, reconcile trackers and supplier details
* Financial Tracking and Reporting
, ensure data accuracy, update feasibility models and financial statements
* Project and Insurance Administration
, manage insurance policies, workbook records
* Settlements and Journals
, prepare balance settlement journals.
* Support for Offshore operations
, bank loan reconciliation, assist with BAS preparation and lodgement.

* 4-5 years' experience
* Part or fully qualified
* Very proactive, self-motivated and adaptable
* Eager to learn
* Experience with Xero
