The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in events/venue coordination, preferably within hospitality or tourism.

* Be the main point of contact for venue enquiries, bookings, and coordination
* Liaise with clients to develop tailored event plans

* Ensure the venue meets high standards for each event
* Monitor budgets and provide regular updates
* Enhance the guest experience and suggest improvements
* Maintain a list of suppliers for large events
