About This Role
This is an opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future in the mineral processing industry while working a balanced schedule. The role is based on the Victorian coast and is designed to provide full site-based HR experience.
Provide expert HR advice and coaching to line managers and site leadership on performance management, legislation, and employee relations.
Implement and oversee HR policies, processes, and standards, recommending improvements for best practice.
Lead and participate in key projects related to employee engagement, succession planning, and change management.
Develop and deliver training to all organizational levels to improve employee relations and proactive people management.
Maintain expert knowledge of current and proposed employment legislation.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field, or proven equivalent experience in a heavy industrial environment.
Substantial HR generalist or Employee Relations experience, with knowledge of legislation, performance management, and HR systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and sustain relationships at all levels.
Background in heavy industry, resources, or manufacturing sectors.
