Maxwell Recruitment is currently seeking a hands-on Workshop Labourer for an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity based in Carrington. This role offers a 4-day work week, strong hourly rate, and the opportunity to secure long-term employment with a well-established manufacturer.
About the Role
Working in a busy workshop environment, you will assist in the manufacture of polyurethane industrial products. Your duties will include:
* Pouring and processing polyurethane
* Drilling, sanding and finishing components
* Prepping materials for production
* General workshop labouring duties
* Forklift operation
* General clean-up and housekeeping
Hours and Pay
* Monday to Thursday
* 7:00am to 5:00pm
* $38.00 per hour
* Temp to perm opportunity
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A current Forklift Licence
* Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or labouring environment
* Ability to carry out physical work
* Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
