Remuneration & Salary
$122,852 to $134,385 per annum (HEW7). Salary $103,811 to $113,557 per annum, 17% superannuation, 17.5% recreation leave loading.
Location
Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available).
Eligibility
Open to current QUT staff with ongoing full‐time work rights in Australia. Aboriginal Australians and Torres Strait Islander people who are not QUT staff are also eligible and encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
* Develop, deliver, and administer student‐related Transnational Education (TNE) processes, procedures, and systems.
* Provide excellent applicant and student service through customer‐centric systems and practices.
* Establish effective working partnerships within the department, university, and with external stakeholders and universities, including in other countries.
* Proactively adapt policies and procedures to the TNE environment and deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree or equivalent education/training and at least four years of relevant experience within an education environment or similar.
* Proven ability to work as part of a high‐performing team that builds a culture of continuous improvement.
* Demonstrated problem‐solving skills, with ability to analyse and evaluate policies, procedures and systems to achieve workable solutions.
* High level of interpersonal skills, including collaboration and effective communication with a diverse client group.
* Ability to collaborate, influence and maintain relationships across staff, colleagues, networks and external bodies.
* Planning and organisational skills enabling independent work, prioritisation, sound judgement, and timely responses to unexpected challenges.
