Our client is a long established, area landmark, high volume New Car Dealership located in the Illawarra Area of NSW. They have a vacancy for an experienced Used Car Manager or Pre Owned Manager to take charge of their Used Car department. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement prospects, a friendly working environment and an exceptional income stream. The dealership trades 7 days, however staff work a 10 day fortnight roster.
Applicants for this position must have solid current or recent experience gained as a Used Car Manager or Pre Owned Manager, and this experience must have been gained in a franchised dealership rather than a used car yard. You will have excellent management, people handling, sales and closing skills, and be motivated to grow the business whilst maximizing grosses. You will understand valuer / buyer requirements, be totally reliable and be seeking a long term career position.
Salary is envisaged to consist of a retainer to $80k, super, commission structure plus car. On Target Earnings should exceed $250k
