What will you do?
* Manage inbound maintenance enquiries and follow up on sales leads
* Engage with prospective customers to understand maintenance requirements
* Support external sales activity across a defined regional territory
* Attend client meetings to assess needs and provide suitable solutions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Coordinate after‐sales support and ongoing client communication
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

What will you need?
* Background in facilities management, building services, civil or industrial services
* Experience in sales or maintenance‐focused sales roles
* Experience using CRM systems
