* Lead the implementation and end-to-end delivery of key program sub-streams and/or projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage and lead key program streams/projects allocated for delivery. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining all key project management artefacts to support stream delivery (i.e., schedule, action register, risk register, decision log, deliverables tracker, project reporting etc.), running and facilitating key meetings (e.g., stand-ups, check-ins, workshops etc.) to support delivery of peer and stakeholder tasks, managing and leading risk management of delivery, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and providing updates to senior management, stakeholders, and project teams when relevant.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Fully competent in digital project management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience in managing complex programs from initiation through to delivery.
* Able to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, action registers, risk registers, decision logs, and other relevant artefacts.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate meetings effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
* Familiarity with contract negotiation, contract and vendor management, financial management (invoicing and payments), and budget management reporting.
* Ability to provide regular project reporting, including board and steering committee reports, test management reports, and communication reports.
* Familiarity with change management and communication strategies.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
