We operate through two key divisions: Community Services, which provides life skills, in-home care, and community access support, and Social Enterprise, which creates employment opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Excavator Operation – Sorting and assessing loads delivered to the landfill
* Resource Recovery & Waste Management – Manual handling tasks to support recycling efforts
* Landfill Operations – Training provided for the right candidate
* Team Collaboration – Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment
What we are looking for
* Basic computer skills
* Loader / Compactor licence
* HR drivers licence, desirable
* Forklift licence, desirable
* Experience in plant and machinery operations
* A passion for sustainability and recycling
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and punctuality to support a busy team.
* A commitment to workplace safety and following protocols.
