About the Role
This position delivers comprehensive support to staff across the organisation to ensure effective and efficient execution of procurement and operational activities.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, this role coordinates day-to-day procurement processes, maintains supplier relationships, and supports operational systems and resources management.
About You
* Experience in developing and maintaining operational frameworks, systems, policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
* A strong understanding of frontline operations within a financial institution.
* Ability to identify issues, risks, and incidents, and initiate actions to resolve them.
* Experience providing data, analytics, and reporting for decision-making.
* Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
* Certificate in business or similar qualification.
* Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team.
