The Opportunity - Client Service Director The role of the Client Services Director is to lead our Partnerships and PR + Communications teams, connecting and collaborating internally, and with Client and Group Company decision makers, to enhance the quality of our product and our pipeline for growth.
This influential and hands-on role needs to be discipline neutral to intimately understand the context and needs of both our clients and our team.
They will be an expert at navigating agency processes and complex organisations, and will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of a broad range of projects and workstreams.
