About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and brings experience from a dealership or busy independent workshop. You’ll be the connection between customers, suppliers, and the workshop team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating repair needs between customers and the workshop
- Coordinating daily workflow and supporting overall team productivity
- Managing bookings, job cards, parts orders, and supplier coordination
- Processing invoices, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records
- Providing outstanding service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Promoting team collaboration while upholding professionalism and presentation
About You

To be successful, you will have:
