Your tasks:
Drafting and issuing employment documents Drafting employee correspondence including but not limited to probation completion, parental leave, secondment and end of employment letters Providing payroll change details to the payroll team Producing reports from our HR and performance management systems Assisting with project work, for example the WH&S; system upgrade or salary review process Managing and developing the content on our website HR pages Supporting the data submission requirements for employee benefit insurance renewals Maintaining the (confidential) HR files and keeping the HR SharePoint up to date Other adhoc tasks as required Entering and maintaining user records into the HR system (SAP) Providing exceptional service to all employees and stakeholders, with a solution focus and a high degree of professionalism
