Job Overview
This role leads the forecasting process for major Defence Shipbuilding projects, working closely with Cost Control, Project Management and Production teams to provide accurate analysis of project and business unit financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyse, interrogate and report on business unit profitability and cash flow performance
* Highlight key issues for management attention
* Set standards for business unit forecasting & budgeting
* Assist in annual financial planning cycle including Business Plan & Budget, Monthly Forecasts and Actual results analysis
Requirements
1. Finance or Accounting degree preferred
2. Prior experience in various Finance functions ideally with focus on management accounting, financial modelling
person involved will have highly PC literacy (Microsoft Suite) especially Excel expertise; variance analysis proficiency ,and strong business acumen
