St Anthony's Catholic Primary School, Millicent is seeking an inspirational and visionary leader to serve as Principal. This is a unique opportunity to lead a vibrant regional Catholic school committed to nurturing learners in a community grounded in Mercy tradition, Catholic identity and a strong sense of belonging.
The Principal will champion the mission of Catholic education by fostering excellence in learning, strengthening faith formation, and leading the school community with purpose, compassion and integrity. St Anthony's supports students from Reception to Year 6 to flourish academically, spiritually, socially and emotionally within a nurturing, faith-filled environment.
This position to commence in Term 2, 2026 or as negotiated
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and strengthen the Catholic identity, mission and Mercy values of the school.
* Drive high-quality teaching and learning through evidence-informed practice and data-driven improvement.
* Build a positive, collaborative and high-performing staff culture.
* Foster strong partnerships with families, parish and the wider Millicent community.
* Oversee effective governance, compliance, financial stewardship and resource management.
* Lead strategic planning, innovation and continuous school improvement.
