Job Description

The administration assistant role supports the sales team with administrative tasks. The successful applicant should be adaptable, have strong computer skills, and be well-presented.

Key responsibilities include:

* Processing and reviewing domestic wholesale, direct retail, and export orders.
* Managing outgoing dispatch quantities, delivery details, forms, and documentation.
* Tracking internal and third-party warehouse stock levels, stock counts, and reconciliations.
* Coordinating freight movement.
* Sending wine samples to existing and potential clients.


Requirements

Applicants must have strong computer skills and be well-presented. Adaptability is also essential for this role.
