About the Role As our Property Support Worker, you’re the steady force ensuring every residential property in our family violence program is safe, secure, and ready for the people who need it most. You’ll move across multiple Mackay sites, working closely with the Team Leader and frontline staff to keep properties running smoothly and support the delivery of life‑changing services. What You’ll Be Doing Property & Asset Management
* Carry out pre‑ and post‑occupancy property checks
* Keep records and asset registers accurate and up to date
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance with confidence
Program & Service Support
* Work alongside Team Leaders and Practitioners supporting adults and children
* Manage purchasing and oversee fleet safety
* Build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and service partners
* Contribute to property strategy, safety improvements, and program development
* Ensure all spending aligns with budgets and organisational processes
What You Bring
* Certificate IV in Property Management or Community Services (or relevant experience)
* Experience in property or program support—family violence sector experience is a strong advantage
* Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently
* Basic computer and record‑keeping skills
* Current driver’s licence
* Relevant child‑safety clearances (e.g., Working With Children Check)
