We are growing our Transformation & Governance practice and are now seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our collaborative, high‑performing team. You’ll work with government and corporate clients across a range of strategic and technology‑enabled transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do As a Senior Consultant, you will provide professional business analysis services, including: Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Facilitating workshops and interviews to understand current‑state processes and define future‑state operating models. Developing business cases, options analyses, and feasibility assessments to support executive decision‑making. Mapping and modelling business processes, data flows, and system interactions to identify opportunities for improvement. Translating business needs into clear functional and non‑functional specifications for technology and process change. Supporting solution design and working closely with technical teams, project managers, and change practitioners. Monitoring solution delivery against requirements and managing scope, traceability, and sign‑off. Contributing to internal capability building, knowledge sharing, and business development activity. Taking commercial accountability for project outcomes and supporting client relationship development.
About You Significant experience delivering business analysis across complex transformation, technology, or process improvement initiatives. Proven ability to work across a variety of industries, ideally including government or regulated sectors. Strong command of business analysis techniques including process modelling (BPMN), requirements management, and user story development. Excellent facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience working within consulting or client‑facing advisory environments. Relevant qualifications (e.g. CBAP, ECBA, or equivalent) are highly regarded. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks is advantageous.
